2011 Utah Fall Opener & Membership Drive
Hey All,
Ready for another season of Racquetball? Well here it comes. The tournament is online and ready for you to sign up. There are some things you need to know before you sign up:
1. We do not accept Credit Card payments. Bring cash or check (prefer check).
2. Cost is: First event $65 (includes $5 ref fee and $2 R2 Sports Fee) Second event $15 (includes ref fee). You will get $5 for every match you referee.
3. Please list your time conflicts and a phone number you can be contacted.
4. When you enter online, please update any membership info that is incorrect. (Your membership will be renewed with this info).
5. You may only sign up for one skill division. Second event must be doubles or age division.
6. When you sign up online, if you are not a member or your membership has expired, the R2 system will make you pay for your membership online. Do not continue, back out and call or email me with your info and I will put you in manually. Mike Van Valkenburg 801 502-9526 or inkmanvan@gmail.com
7. Deadline to sign up is Sept. 3rd at 11:00 AM.
