2010 Mullet Hoover
Entries are now being accepted for the Mullett Hoover R-ball Tourney, Nov. 17-20 at the Orem Fitness Center. There are three ways to enter: print the attached entry form and mail or bring it to the Orem Fitness Center (580 W. 165 S., Orem, 84058), enter online at http://www.r2sports.com/tourney/home.asp?TID=7688 (note online entries will be assessed a $1 fee to secure their spot. Even though you must enter your credit card info online, your card will not be charged. Be prepared to pay when you come to the tourney), or you can phone in your entry to 801-229-7154 (phone entries will be assessed an extra $5 fee). Entry fees are $30 for the first event and $10 for the second. Juniors pay $20 for their first event and their second event is free. The entry deadline is Friday, Nov. 12th at 6:00 p.m. No late entries will be accepted. Only first round time conflicts will be honored%u2014please make sure you write your time conflicts on your entry form. Once the draws are posted, they cannot be changed.
